Customer Service and service was top tier. The technician/owner, Carlton, was informative every step of the way in assessing and repairing all three of our appliances (dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator). We would certainly request this company again if we were in need of repairs if it were our choice, as we used our home warranty company.

Great, honest, hard working guys. Had my dryer go down and they ordered the part needed to fix it. And when the new part went bad after 2 loads, they came out, diagnosed it, and fixed it at no additional cost. Very honest and hard working crew. Would recommend to anyone.

September 3, 2025Carlton was amazing! He was so nice and extremely professional. The drum seal that I needed put on was done quickly and a lot of attention to detail. I was kept up to date and provided with an explanation of what he was doing as well as tips to prevent needing a new drum seal again. He showed me why my washer was off balance and damage that was likely caused by our last move which was completely unrelated to why I called. He also showed me where to find the parts and gave a quote to install it once they come if I decided I needed help. 100% would call them again.
