Rae appliance have been phenomenal! They dealt with Samsung BS. They drove almost an hour to me twice to diagnose and replace a motherboard for our fridge. We went through all the steps but Samsung still refuses a manufacturing warranty. Thank you Rae for being awesome!

The technician/owner, Carlton, was informative every step of the way in assessing and repairing all three of our appliances (dishwasher, oven, and refrigerator). We would certainly request this company again if we were in need of repairs if it were our choice, as we used our home warranty company.
