Rae appliance have been phenomenal! They dealt with Samsung BS. They drove almost an hour to me twice to diagnose and replace a motherboard for our fridge. We went through all the steps but Samsung still refuses a manufacturing warranty. Thank you Rae for being awesome!

November 26, 2024Aaron Wolfe did an outstanding job fixing our leaking washer machine. He broke the entire washer down to identify the cause of the leak and repaired the problem. He then ran several tests to make sure the washer did not leak and made sure the washer did not have any error codes after the repair. Superb service within 24 hours of my trouble call.
